WHAT IS A CORRUGATED CARDBOARD?
Corrugated cardboards are cardboards with a fluted sheet stuck to at least one liner board. The fluted sheet is a waved sheet, glued to the cardboard with adhesive, that gives corrugated carton boxes its strength to withstand stacking, crushing, and heavy weights.
Corrugated box fluting comes in different sizes. Larger flutes tend to have greater strength and better tolerance for weight, but smaller flutes allow you to have flexibility in terms of printing surface & foldability.

SINGLE FACED CORRUGATED CARDBOARD
A single faced corrugated cardboard has one liner board and one fluted cardboard. These are very flexible, but not very strong in withstanding weight.
SINGLE WALL CORRUGATED CARDBOARD
These are the most common types of corrugated carton boxes. Also known as a double faced corrugated cardboard, the fluted material is stuck between two liner boards.
DOUBLE WALL CORRUGATED CARDBOARD
These carton boxes have three liner boards with two fluted cardboards in between them. The flute sizes may vary from one layer to another.
TRIPLE WALL CORRUGATED CARDBOARD
The strongest and most rigid type of corrugated cardboard, the triple wall corrugated cardboard has four liner boards and three fluted cardboards anchored to the liners. Like the double wall corrugated cardboard, the flute sizes may vary between layers.
